Moderators act when the forum rules are broken usually after it being reported. Therefore a moderator would be similar to a cop. I would not want a cop representing me in court.

If I remember correctly, I think eschatological has or is working on a law degree.
The nerve is called the "nerve of awareness". You cant dissect it. Its a current that runs up the center of your spine. I dont know if any of you have sat down, crossed your legs, smoked DMT, and watch what happens... but what happens to me is this big thing goes RRRRRRRRRAAAAAWWW! up my spine and flashes in my brain... well apparently thats whats going to happen if I do this stuff...

I wouldn't choose any moderator unless I knew they have actually gone to law school, it can be a true jungle trying to get through a legal situation at a calibre that requires me to show up at court and thus id settle for nothing less than an educated lawyer.
