US 2nd <Midwinter> LF exceptional DPS for WoD

I'll keep it brief here, since plenty of detailed information about our guild is available elsewhere. We're a hardcore raiding guild, pushing for top ranks and seeking competitive players with a drive to be part of the highest tier of raiding. During farm we raid 10pm-2am EST, Sunday through Thursday. During progression we add raiding hours, starting earlier and sometimes going later, plus adding weekend raids. Specific hours are subject to in-guild discussion prior to each tier. While we are a highly competitive guild, we expect a mature, respectful attitude from our raiders and work hard to keep our raid environment as laid back as possible. We've maintained a consistently high rank among US guilds for some years now, and we've done it without sacrificing the things we think make our guild a great place to be. We are always actively recruiting potential core raiders, we don't recruit for the bench. Right now we are seeking one melee and one ranged DPS for our mythic raiding team in Warlords of Draenor. Having said that, any class or spec is always welcome to apply. We will consider any applicant who makes a good case for themselves regardless of our current roster situation. You don't have to be from a top 20 guild or anything to get a trial, you just have to be a good player and present yourself well. In particular we value leadership experience in previous guilds, though exceptions will be made.
