Prepatch doesn't let us lvl to 100 so I don't see why it shouldn't be available.

Guess the question is "will we be able to do all parts of the event though 6.0 will be live by then".
Yes. It might be they screw it up on the first day but I'm pretty sure the event won't be suspended for level 90s this year.Your rights as a consumer begin and end at the point where you choose not to consume, and not where you yourself influence the consumed goods.
Translation: if you don't like a game don't play it.

My fingers are crossed , been farming it since WOTLK.Last year i was sure i was gonna get it with 6 alts but it didn't drop.This year i am just hopeful my 6 chars won't fail me
