Im playing it with my Xbox 360 controller, so if you connect a PS3 controller to your pc, it should be easy to setup.

I played through the game on my PC with a PS3 controller. I used this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpSaOJJIun8 It basically modifies the Xbox 360 drivers to work with the PS3 controller.

ScarletCrush's driver solution is decent. It's not perfect but for what it is, it's way better than MotioninJoy.
