Rerolling horde and cannot decide which race/gender to pick. I am torn between Male orc and both genders of troll. I will be using Plagueheart Raiment set for transmog.

As for racials, yes technically there is some difference between racials and it totally depends on what you want to do, be it PvE, PvP, etc. However the racials go down to such a low % (IIRC 1% difference between top and bottom racials) that unless you're a superhardcore raider (Which, I would assume, means you already know the spreadsheets on this topic) it *really* doesn't matter. Go for what looks you like and what secondary racials (Like Human's EMFH, Forsaken's WotF, Arcane Tap; or rather, in your case, the preference between a Spell Power cooldown or Haste, less Stun duration or less snare duration, etc) you prefer.
