Are you implying that there's some sort of coverup, and that people aren't actually dying? If you are, take your conspiracy bullshit elsewhere.
You can find pictures out there if you bother to search for them yourself. Nobody with any good sense should be linking that shit here.
The reason there aren't a huge number of pictures is because photographers are unsurprisingly reluctant to go to the places they need in order to take them. Big surprise, there.

Why would any news agency post such disturbing pictures in the first place? Their job is to inform the public, not shock them with such things.
