Is assurance not working for surv?

I had the same impression for a while, i was really thinking that AOC was only working for BM, while not for my off spec (Surv), neither MM after i respec'd. Found the solution though! Try swapping the trinkets from their slots, or maybe just putting AOC in the bag and reequiping it... To me it worked.

Nothing helps, doesnt work for SV, does work in BM spec, i hate blizzard

sv is awefull right now,i switched to mm and its miles better even for pvp,also i tested full set of pve/pvp gear and pve is still doing alot more damge which i thought was supposed to be not the case anymore?im no expert tho so i may have missed something.
