Glorious Tyranny enchant no longer visible on my bow

After the prepatch I can see it's still visible on normal weapons for other classes, just no longer on my prideful bow. Anyone know why? Been searching and i've found absolutely zero on it.

edit:
found out that if I use Rime of the Time-Lost Mariner it becomes visible:

Guess it's just the bows not showing enchant glow anymore. Is that intended or a bug?
