Four player party profs

Me (doesn't like questing, mainly dungeons and eventually raids) - Monk
Alch/Herb

Wife - Hunter
LW/Skinning

Friend - Paladin
BS/Mining

Friends gf - Rogue (maybe, hasn't decided 100% on class)
JC/Ench

I would prefer to synergize on a per character basis first, followed by between couples and finally, a group as a whole.

Have you also thought about setup for Garrisons in regards to supplementing your chosen profs or filling in gaps?
