Realm first achievement titles on Wotlk(Prophet,Doctor,Assasin,Arch mage...)

Hey,
I was just wondering if there were ever titles like Prophet for the Realm first lvl 80 priest and so on?
Because there is nothing on wowhead but they are certain sites that list them as obtainable.
Like here
Did people really got these when they got the realm first achievement?

Nope. At least not for professions. This was my main then, on the realm he did it on (never moved, race changed, etc).

And I was also the first Salty on the server (as far as I know). Would've been nicer to have an exclusive title since one more "Salty' would trickle in once a week for each the Stranglethorn winner.

No, they initially stated there would be titles, Archdruid, as an example, for realm first druid; however, they decided that promoted an unhealthy playstyle, and they never went live. Source: I'm a, still, bitter WotLK realm first druid, night elf, engineer.
