need trinket help

So i just got a mythic warforged skeers bloadsoaked talisman. Im currently using a 4x upgraded flex thokks tail tip and evil eye of galakras. I was told to keep the seers for leveling as both of what im using are better. Was just curious if its actually worse then the thokks and galakras trinkets

pretty sure its better then the ttt. no hard numbers tho. but once its 4 times upgraded, the discrepance should outweigh everything else.
