Does Death Strike's heal no longer take into account the damage you took in the last 5 seconds?
I know that resolve increases the healing (and the blood shield too?) of Death Strike, but I am not quite sure how Resolve is actually calculated. Haven't been ingame yet, and I wont be able to for some days still. Is there anywhere I can find more specific information on Resolve - as in, x damage gives y% increased healing/absorb?
Does death strike still have a minimum for how much it heals, like the 7% of your max hp as it's been in MoP?
I know there was something else, but I can't recall it now..
