After a long delayed trial I am sure he will be one of the many pardons Obama gives out right as he steps out the door. Each president does it, one last get out of jail free card for friends and family.

Why not keep going and just legalize anything that is jamming up the courts/prisons and keeping cops busy.

You do, you don't want them available to everyone but you certainly want it available enough to cripple the drug cartels.
Also, bunching up coke and heroin is extremely lazy. One is generally pretty bad for you and you really should not do it...at least you shouldn't do it a lot or often. The other is insanely bad for you and it is sometimes enough to just do it once to get hocked.
If this was a story about a perceived conservative's family, there wouldn't be as many "who cares" kind of responses.
Yea, and he was 43 so you can't exactly say it's indicative of bad parenting. He made as solid apology as a guy can make (issued through his lawyer, but nonetheless). The story said "administrative discharge." Anyone know if that's separate from honorable and dishonorable?
