Haste>crit or Haste>mastery after the 16/10 changes?

Just noticed the 20% increased damage from mastery change, is crit still above mastery after this change?

The stat priority for Protections Paladins is as follows:

Mastery;
Bonus Armor;
Versatility;
Haste to 50%;
Critical Strike;
Multistrike.

The above is based on the optimal TMI build for Prot Paladin at level 90 based on current stat weights. For optimal DPS it's probably going to differ quite a lot - a few Prots I know have kept to 50% Haste > All and are outputting higher DPS as a result, but they also seem to be prioritising Mastery over Crit because of the increased damage compenent mastery now provides as you have mentioned above.

Basically, Mastery is king for damage reduction and now provides a nice DPS increase which compensates for the decrease in haste by moving away from a "haste is king" build. The optimal DPS build will differ.
