Fire or Arcane for Secondary Spec?

Frost is my primary spec. Should I take arcane or fire for my secondary in wod? I do pvp and pve.

There is no point in asking that question. It's like you ask here what you should have for lunch.
Ttry the speccs... play what you like... unless you have a apeciffic question, like: What is most sutiable for progress? Which stats combine best? Well you can find this in the guide sections....
And remember..... Stat prioritest, damage adn rotations are still a subject to change.... some time after WoD launch things might settel... but I still expect Hotfixes a few weeks after WoD raids open....
Stay open minden to the speccs... and just try...

You want frost or Arcane as main spec. The both do pretty much the same thing. Arcane will burst higher so it probably better considering 2 min kill timers. You still always wanna keep a fire spec if you have the crit for it. On shamans, paragons, maybe thok the cleave from combustion will rank you so high it's worth taking the 20% nerf.
