It should be noted that though we don't specifically need tanks, we may have interest in someone who can dps/tank switch for specific fights, nights, or other situations; you would mainly dps, but at least be expected to be prepared to tank should the need arise.
Average+ is a guild dedicated to high level performance and top-tier raid progression while maintaining a reasonable raid schedule. The driving principle behind our guild is the idea that, with the right group of players and a mindset that emphasizes efficiency and transparency, the natural talent of our raiders will allow us to compete for kills without causing excessive burnout.
Walking the Walk
Our members’ backgrounds include world ranked progression kills both in Warcraft and in other recent games such as Rift, Star Wars: The Old Republic and Wildstar. Our members are at the forefront of theorycrafting and are often among the first to pick up on changing class trends and shifts in meta that others are liable to miss. It is this expertise that has propelled our core to the tops of their respective classes, including numerous top 10 DPS parses and several rank 1 heroic logs across MoP. It is our ability to collectively combine these individual talents into a single cohesive team that will propel Average+ to similar heights on the group scale.
Roster Focused on Merit...
We lack the typical bureaucracy of a raiding guild and instead focus our efforts on rewarding the merits of our players. Our longest tenured members are not favored because of their tenure alone - it is because they were able to perform over an extended period of time that their tenure has been extended. New members are afforded the same chances to prove themselves that our seasoned veterans get.
...and Leadership Worth Following
To be a leader in Average+, you must first earn your spot on our roster. Our officers are consistently our most impactful players, not simply the members who have been here the longest or are friends with the GM. Our leadership is a cut above because they have to be; to lead, they know that they must first be worth following. Everyone is accountable for their ability and attitude, and no one is above reproach.
Hardcore Players, Casual Culture
We take our rules seriously, but our rules themselves are not particularly serious. We are not averse to our members having a good time as long as their actions do not interfere with raiding or harm the guild as a whole; that said, having a sense of humor is encouraged, as it helps ease tensions and cool tempers. If you are not someone who enjoys a good joke then apply at your own risk - your interview would likely include at least one off-color joke from one of our (less than) upstanding members.

We currently only have one monk who is mDPS. Definitely looking for a potential MW. Exceptional applications welcome regardless of specific wants and needs.
Could definitely use an elemental shaman or one of the other previously mentioned class/specs. You can answer possible questions, comments, or concerns at averageplus.net.
Always looking for exceptional players to solidify those last few spots and further define our roster. If you are sick of raiding with obvious weak links, consider competing for a spot on our roster.
In terms of roles, healers and rDPS are most wanted, mDPS are somewhat wanted (class-specific), and tanks are least wanted. Not to say we wouldn't at least consider any good apps, just that we'd prefer not stacking melee.

Mainspecs of exceptional interest are a dps Warrior, a cloth rDPS, and either a Resto Shaman or MW Monk. Let me remind you that these specified mainspecs are not the only things we will consider recruiting; if you don't suck and are reliable, check us out anyways.

Shaman healers are seemingly extinct, wouldn't mind one. Still mainly in search of other rDPS; we have a enough mDPS, though we would consider one who can offspec tank and/or is exceptionally skilled. More info at averageplus.net
Normal lolcleared 6/7, Heroic Kargath and Butcher down too after our second raid night (and when the first raid was only 2h because lolservers)!
