WoD Archaeology - pristines

Anyone else noticed the insane number of pristines that is coming in Warlods? Just check the new achievements in-game.
Anyone know anything at all about them? Will they make the droprates higher than their MoP counterparts, because if not I can pretty much just die silently allready.
Do you guys think it is "another" of those hidden titles, like the seeker of knowledge was for quite a while?
