I like the gold MoP CM set. But your race definitely matters.
If you don't have access to that, a few of my favorites are (I'm forsaken):
- 378 Dark Phoenix (now mostly buyable from the justice vendor in org)
- 397 Blackfang Battleweave (Dragon Soul T13)
- T5 Deathmantle from The Eye/SSC
Also a mix and match of Assassination (BC dungeon gear) can be cool.

I think this one looks wicked sick on Worgen. I wore it myself for a long time, before switching to CM set.

I used this with these daggers. Used it for a long time but replaced with CM gear now

I think Rogue Tier 9 is one of the best sets in the game--well, two of the best sets in the game, and I don't know what faction your rogue is, but both sets are pretty equally awesome IMO. My belf rogue accumulated the lookalike top/pants/boots to Garona's set just by doing the Jade Forest quests, and then I added the Tier 1 Nightslayer Belt, Forest Wind Shoulderpads off Curator in Kara, some random black gloves and mogged my weapons to things that looked red and flamey to go with the smoke effect on the shoulders. Tabard of the Achiever goes well with that set, too.
