    Thok's Acid Grooved Tooth

    Anyone having problems with this trinket since the new patch?

    I healed today on my alt shammy, I have the Mythic warforged fully upgraded version.
    It used to be very strong but today it healed from Zero(!?) to 6.3k max on long fights like Garrosh

    Damn, I had no idea. Fortunately I haven't raided yet since patch day.
    Swapping out for the Samophlange then (as I, too, have always passed on the Nazgrim trinket when it's been available).

    yep its broken. i now use nazgrim flex version instead. samophlong is no real choice, because no need for regen in 6.0. Perhaps the caster dd secondary stat trinket is even better? (immerseus purified bindings or something like that was its name)?

    Samophlange is the only other trinket choice I have on hand and I don't really feel like running pugs to see if I can get the Nazgrim trinket to drop.
    Maybe I could completely un-gem Spirit?
