Trinkets choice

Hello all

I am trying 2H Frost atm.
My current trinket choices are :

Evil Eye of Galakras (Mythic) , cd recovery
Thok's (Mythic WF) , amplify /str - 115sec cd
Skeer (Mythic), Str/crit - 0.92ppm

I am in doubt for my second trinket choice. I want Evil Eye and one more.
With boss fights on avg of 2 to 4 minutes i think that i will probably benefit more from Skeer rather from Thok's

Anyone can help with the math in a 2 . 3 and 4m fights?
I am in job atm and can't run SimCraft.

Well i don't think that there are any simulations necessary cause mythic wf thok's is definitly better than skeer mythic cause it has a strenght proc+ ca. 10% stats and skeer's crit proc is not what you want to have

Evil Eye and Thok, KM devalues Skeer while making Thok more valuable cause of the +crit dmg modifier.
