<Nothing Personal> on US-Illidan is currently looking for dedicated raiders. We are searching for reliable players that are able to make 3 raid nights per week, and are capable to hit the ground running and prepare for raiding promptly when the portal to Draenor opens.

Current Recruitment Needs:
We are currently seeking out Holy Paladins, Resto Shamans, & a variety of DPS (excluding Mages & Warlocks) to round out our roster for Mythic in WoD. Of course, all are welcome to apply so drop an app!!


Background:
Nothing Personal is a 20 man Mythic raiding guild.
Our intention is to progress through heroic/mythic modes while adhering to a less demanding schedule due to RL commitments.
Our members are from all over but speak English and range from age 20-28.
Our core have been playing since BC/Wrath and enjoy progression raiding.
We have a very open and fun atmosphere in vent.
You need to have thick skin to raid with us because we often joke and poke fun at each other. We are very vocal with our constructive criticism.


Scheduled Raid Days:
We have three scheduled raid days per week. You are expected to have 95% raid attendance.
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:15pm-10:30pm CST


Expectations:
Our raiders are passionate about their class & role, as well as being team players & focused on optimal progression. We ask from everyone that you be self analytical of your own performance, accepting of feedback & constructive criticism & be able to adapt on the fly to critical situations where the strategy may change. We strive to be our best, and expect the same from every individual involved in our raid team. We always look for ways to improve, and always consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory. Drama is not tolerated and such drama will result in team suspension or guild kick.
