Feral PVP gems? Crit haste or mastery?

I know for a while back in 5.x it was mastery, or maybe I'm nuts (I didn't feral much). I keep hearing that gemming for haste is the best thing to do now overall. Why is that? Should I not still be gemming to make my bleeds that much better?

there is no difference about stats wise

Bleeds are no longer a significant source of damage so mastery is out, haste continues to be negligible for feral like usual, crit it is. I'd consider agi/crit over haste/crit given the hit and run nature of pvp but I got nothin' to back that claim.
