    From what ive gotten from talking to top mages in US other then you're for Example TurkeyBurger a lot.. He mentioned to me "For Arcane you want the +13 Mast "

    Top US mages isn't a reliable source. I'm a top US mage who disagrees with Turkey on this, so based on your assertion that you should listen to top US mages we are at a stalemate. So in this case the math behind it looks like yhe deciding factor.
