Help with my 1st pc build

Hello there, i would like to ask some advice on my pc build.I will be using it mostly to play WoD.So far my setup is this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock B85 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston Fury Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB Dual-X Video Card
Case: NZXT Source 210
Power Supply: Inter-Tech Energon 650W
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Don't really know much about pc's nowadays so i'd like to know if this can play WoD on ultra settings and if i can improve some parts.My budget is around 700euros.I don't need peripherals or a monitor.

I would say either go for i5 4690k/Z97 mobo or drop to a i3 4160/H97 mobo. The i3 for gaming only will be better than the i4 above from the clocks alone.

Include the following information when posting a request.

• Budget
• Resolution
• Games / Settings Desired
• Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
• Country
• Parts that can be reused
• Do you need an OS?
• Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?

Ideally include a list of parts, we see the same request almost every day. There are other topics that have parts lists that you can copy and modify.
