Returning player question about int/agi crossover in WoD

So I've not played since Cata, been busy raiding hardmodes in Rift, but the lure of WoW has me back, just boosted to 90 as Resto Druid and Feral Cat offspec, but from what I was to understand 1 set of gear is for everything, however upon switching to Feral offspec my int gear stats in character sheet remained the same and agi was equally low, does this mean I still need agi gear or what, help:P

Also worth mentioning that u will still need 2 sets of gear rings, ammy, trinkets don't change over.

It did not affect any old gear. That system is only for new gear, of which the UBRS gear counts as "new."

This is not 100% true.
The Int/agi/str on said items *should* change over -- may not include procs tho.

It's mainly the Spirit and Bonus armor that do not change//would be bad for the *other* spec you change to.

Will the PvP gear be functional with all specs does anybody know? Any word on how pvp set bonus' work if they change with spec or if they are tied to gear? Seems kind of redundant to implement this feature if they half-ass it which is what it seems from the little I have heard. Remaining cautiously optimistic though.

Oh and weapons, I dont suppose our Agi polearms will have intelligence on them as well will they? What about when it comes to mainhand / offhand. This has been one of my most looked forward to features of WoD but one that seems communicated very little among players / forums and blue posts.
