Sushi. Not those "remakes" they sell in the rest of the world, but the real original Japanese Sushi is my favorite food by far!

I think you should revise your question to mean a food group within the food pyramid.
Otherwise the other posters will find loopholes, like sushi.

Well, if it allowed me to stay alive in a healthful manner (somehow, by sheer magic, it has all the vitamins, minerals, etc. I need everyday for optimal health), I would choose the Blooming Onion from Outback Steakhouse.

I'm not getting why sushi is such an astounding answer. Doesn't really sound like a good loophole. If I said "cow" does that mean I can drink milk, beef, steak, etc.?
