    Track dmg taken by stagger?

Gents & maybe ladies (prob not),
is there anyway for me to look back at a fight with some addon enabled to say, "during that fight I staggered away 10k dmg"?
Trying to compare monk mitigation with a buddy and we both have boosted tanks, his is a DK, and we wanted to compare mitigation stats and such as we do SoO.

    Thanks

The new version of Warcraft Logs actually tracks stagger properly now.

    Example:
    http://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/...taken&fight=21

Mouse over my damage taken and you'll see it treats staggered damage the same way it treats block for the warrior.

That is awesome, I had not even noticed that.

So does the mitigated amount track the amount you purified? Or is this just the amount you took from the dot total?

Stagger DoT damage is tracked separately. The amount shown as "mitigated" is the amount of extra damage that you would have taken if you didn't have stagger.

The change is actually a pretty big deal because previously, it treated stagger (as the game does) as an absorb - so it would be shown on your main damage taken bar as part of your absorbed damage, and there was no real way to separate out damage that was staggered vs damage that was absorbed by Guard or PW:S, etc. The result is that Brewmasters were always shown in logs as taking far more damage than we actually did.

Now your damage taken bar is only damage that you actually had to deal with, so you can do a fair comparison with other tanks.
