Hey, Japan got even worse treatment after WWII. The US basically banned them from even having a real army for decades. Its only been since 2010 that they've really been allowed to re-arm at all. And even that we should be queasy about. Basically 70 years. Maybe it should be 100 or 200 years.

I propose, we base which countries are armed, and which not based on the global education rankings....
Those better educated are allowed more, those lesser educated are allowed less....
