Are 6.0 lv90 Stat priorities same as lv100?

Title. I've heard a lot about what the 90 priorities are for each spec, but will they change at all once we get to 100 and have access to our final talents? I'd like to think that there has been enough beta testing to have an idea of how everything is feeling at 100. I personally did not get access to the beta, so I have no idea what 100 feels like.

I know shadow mastery is very heavily weight towards their lv100 talents, but what about Disc and Holy?

yeah they will because we don't have access to the new secondary stats for the most part. Things like for Elemental Shamans Multi-strike is really important but currently we can't gem or enchant for it and our gear doesn't have it as a stat.

Disc has the same priority as right now with stacking as much crit as you can.

Holy changed a bit with you now stacking Multistrike instead of mastery.
