Enchant 2h Weapon : Major Agility (+60 Agility) Vs. Enchant Weapon: Dancing Steel?

So, anyone have any info on this?

Straight 60 agility vs Dancing Steel. I'm kind of torn, because it's only 44 agi less than the proc, but it's going to be there for the whole fight rather than relying on proc's.

iirc the proc runs 50-60%ish uptime on my 1h monk, even if the PPM is adjusted by 1h/2h, best case it can't be higher on a 2h so in theory they would be about equal -

buuuuut..... they may have buffed dancing steel or nerfed 60agi in the enchant hotfixes - and the only real way to tell is to enchant it and check your paper-doll agi (hotfixes don't change tooltips).

(can't spot anything about it being hotfix nerfed on the wowhead page, but lots of the old enchants were, and some of the panda enchants were buffed).

*IF* it is indeed still 60 agi (only way to test it is to use it) then it would be better than Dancing Steel. Mighty Agi *was* buffed* from 25 Agi but it should be adjusted to make Dancing Steel better, like thew rest of the enchants were.
