    Recruit-A-Friend Confusion/Question.

    Hi,

We are two friends from the same guild with (obviously) active accounts. We want to level up a few toons together and benefit from the mount reward. However, it does not seem possible for us to move our characters to our original accounts and earn the reward.

We thought of buying a Battle Chest for our friend leveling the character there and moving that character to the main account of her. However, since the mount will be account bound, it will not be possible to take it to the original account.

    What we want:

    - To be able to play with newly leveled character in her original character (probably after transferring the toon)
    - To own the mount on her original character.

Is there a possible way to achieve this?

The original account will get the mount reward. The new accounts don't receive anything other than the 3x exp. Unless you plan on buying 2 new accounts you both will not get the mount reward.

The mount is awarded to the "inviter" or the existing account... so her original account will get the mount anyway. If she keeps the name/address etc on the new account the same but uses a different e-mail address so it make s a new battle.net account.. she can pay to have the character moved to her old account.

    For the mount to happen:

The main invites the new account. The new account buys $20 WOW and gets ONE free month. You buy a 60 day game time card and apply it to the new account. 7 days after that... the main will get the mount AND a month of game time.

There is no reason to do this you have been able to have multiple accounts under the same email address since RAF was introduced. There is no need to have it under a new email address or new battle.net address.

So how can we play together if we buy 2 accounts? One buys/the other recruits and then merge then rinse and repeat for the other?

Party A RAFs a new account for Party B that is linked to Party Bs Battlenet email, this new account is Party C. Party C RAFs a new account that is linked to Party As battlenet account, this becomes Party D. Party C and D level and any characters that are wanting to be transferred can be. Both accounts should have access to mounts since mounts are now battlenet wide (note this may need to be checked up on but this is the only way to obtain the mount on both accounts if that is what you are trying.)
