Frost Mage PVP Stat Priority and Gemming?

It doesn't really matter much right now, but what is the stat priority and gemming?

Im assuming it's going to be Multistrike > Intellect = PVP Power > Haste > Crit > Mastery, but I'm a new mage so I could be totally off.

On the other hand I see mages in arenas in the 2s skirmishes gem full intellect still rather than secondary stats. Is that still as viable?

there are different gears with different stats on them. and you can enchant your neck,back and rings.

so between those 2 you can stack approx. 10% extra multistrike over the default set you get from creating a lvl 100 on beta.
From what i tested haste, crit and multistrike all seem to have the same rate of % increase per point. mastery will depend on class tho.

answering the OPs question. no gemming so no int stacking in wod. and all enchants are secondary stats. so you can only stack the secondaries.
