The Consortium is looking for active, skilled, motivated, and progression orientated individuals to raid in WoD.


About us:

Our guild strives to accomplish in two nights a week what many other guilds do in three or more. We have high expectations of our raiders in terms of preparedness, motivation, and constant drive for improvement. However, we focus to ensure that people aren't overwhelmed with WoW and still have ample time for their jobs, lives, family, and friends. We also like to do alt run together, challenge modes, old achievements and the ocasional PVP on off nights together. We are composed of many like-minded, mature, experienced players. Most of our members are working adults and college students. We look for our members to show respect and maturity, but we still love to have a lot of laughs! Raid times: Tues/Wed night 8:45pm - 12am EST (server time)

Expectations:
-Attendance. We absolutely understand that real life situations arise. We only ask that, if possible, you post on our forums in the proper thread that you will be out for "Date".
-Preparedness. Please come with an in-depth understanding of your class as well as an understanding of the boss fights we will be progressing on. We have videos linked for boss encounters.
-Stable Internet. Please have any issues solved, if possible, before the raid night. If you know you are having internet issues please let the Raid Leader know prior to the raid forming.
-Be an adult. Have a certain maturity about loot (EPGP). Make a mistake? Getting constructively criticized? Own it, correct it, Move on from it...
-Be Active. We understand that real life is busy but we'd still like to have interaction with you outside of raids. Don't be a raid logger 100% of the time.

Please note:
Your spot in the raid is not 100% guaranteed for every single boss in a given night. Spots will be competitive.
We ask that you please be mature about it.
It's important to us that you show a level of dedication to the raid as a whole, by always showing up and being ready to step in if you're sat. If you are sitting out for a boss, you will get back in. Perform well, and you will have nothing to worry about.
