The most annoying part is that it could be fixed, but no real attention seems to be put towards it.

No, Lone Wolves have access to all 9 standard raid buffs.

But indeed, LW's big design flaw is the loss of Master's Call (this is terrible for PvP) and access to other talents. Otherwise, it's an awesome talent.

I'm missing Master's Call a lot. Been trying (I know it's crazy) to use LW MM in PvP, and the loss of Master's is brutal. I've been using Exhilaration in place of Spirit Bond; with glyphs of Chimaera Shot and Liberation, plus natural health regen from Kill Shot and Camouflage, it has better synergy than before, but it's still way underpowered. It should be redesigned or at the very least have its cooldown reduced to 90s or less.
