So did a quick search did not find anything on this. I was basically wondering if you can do the Nemesis Quests in BGs? You need to kill 500 of x race. Does that limit it to Ashran and World PVP or do BGs count?

The kills counts even if you are just close. You don't have to do a killing blow for it to count for the achievement.

Only Ashran for most people since faction balance is awful.
