locked usb flash drive

Got two usb Corsair flash voyagers, one of which got locked....somehow. So can't edit-delete files, format...nada. It has no physical lock.

- I tried to format from safe mode - command prompt no luck , still same message - locked
- Went the regedit route to control storage but the hex was already 0. Tried getting it to 1 and back to 0 but still nothing.

Anyone has any other idea to get the sucker working? Its like 5 months old, dunno if i can return it to corsair for a new one.

Did you check the files are not saved as read only? other solutions I saw were a little switch wich might be under the plastic housing or trying to acces it via Linux. In any case should still be under warranty so I would no break open the plastic casing just yet.
