I ask because DK's Festering Strike is listed as doing 225% physical damage and Obliterate is listed as 185% physical damage on that site, yet when I change specs with the exact same gear on my DK, Oblit is showing as doing almost twice the damage as FS.

Frost has Might of the Frozen Wastes, which WoWhead's barebones version of Obliterate doesn't account for.
