[H - Draenor] <Corvus> Recruiting for WoD hc/mythic raiding
Hey guys,
Corvus is a new progression raiding guild currently seeking fresh meat for our our heroic/mythic raiding team.
About us:
Our founding members consist of friends who are experienced raiders who through one reason or another found themselves taking a bit of a time out from being in a guild. We've all come back and would like to raid again so we've come together as one team. Now we'd like to offer you the chance to come and be part of that.
Our raiding experience varies pretty heavily from members who've been playing since vanilla and raided through MC, BWL, AQ through to Kara, Magtheridon's lair, Gruul's Lair all the way up to LKhc and others who did all the way up to Deathwing hc. We even have our cata baby who's stomped on everything since levelling up and cleared through MoP content all the way up to 10/14hc pre 6.0, while the rest of us forgot MoP existed, sat on our arses and became altoholics. We've all come from different backgrounds and collectively I think it's safe to say we have enough experience to know fire bad...fire very bad.
Being a fresh guild, we're looking for exceptional people who are dedicated to making the guild into something special. Ever joined a guild that has been established for years but felt like you don't 100% fit in? Perhaps stuck in its ways and everyone is already close, so it's hard to become one of them? We can give you the opportunity to grow with us, make it feel like you're part of a community.
We're not looking for anyone and everyone just to fill numbers. We don't want to take on people for the sake of it and then end up with a raid that ends up crap with a little bit of !@#$e and a side of poo. We rather have enough to do normal/hc to start with and build to the end goal of mythic raiding slowly, in order to ensure we can provide a good quality with good people.. Getting from hc to mythic may take time depending on the application interest, and It won't be easy but if you're hungry enough for the proper raiding environment then the right applicant will wait along side us.
What you can expect from us:
- If you're looking to raid in an organised, stress free and focused environment.
- An atmosphere where members have a strong friendship outside of raids, and genuinely care about one another. A place that values community just as much as raiding.
What we expect from applicants:
- A decent amount of experience of at least a few tiers while it was still current.
- Someone who can adhere to the guild rules and can follow basic instructions. Our application is tailored to sort through the people who can do that and the people that cannot.
- Reliability and players who come prepared, knowing the tactics inside out and back to front. It is your responsibility to come prepared.
- It should go without saying but knowledge of your class, spec, and effort into your character in terms of making the best use of gear available to you, gems and enchants.
- A sense of humour, while we may take raiding seriously, we still want to have a laugh.
- Ideally over the age of 18
Raiding Days and Times
Wednesday 21:00-00.00
Thursday 21:00-00.00
Sunday 21:00-00.00. Sunday is added as an extra day if we feel we want to spend more time on a particular progression boss. Must be available for all days.

Recruitment is open to all classes and specs currently.
Update:
Range DPS - Priority on a Shadow Priest but exceptional applications of all classes considered)
Still open spots for exceptional tanks, dps and healers of all classes (priority on healers currently is Holy priest and Resto shammy but all exceptional applications of any class considered)

Looking for solid tanks, a few more DPS of any class and 1-2 more healers (non druid)

1 tank (Non DK)
2 healers (Pref Holy priest and Resto shammy)
Range DPS (We currently don't have any Warlocks so lock would be most welcome but range of all classes considered)
