Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.
StreetGangs the youtube show might have something to do with it. Stick a mike in a gang member's face ask him about a conflict he's involved in. Honor or whatever you call it dictates that he acts tough and says he'll challenge his enemy, otherwise people will call him a coward.
Meanwhile the other guy hears about the challenge, but he's a real gangster who's killed people. He can't let the challenge go even though he knows the guy is no threat. If he lets it go people will think him a coward and a bunch of people who were afraid of him won't be and our real gangster will get attacked a lot. He has to kill him.
If the show StreetGangs hadn't gotten involved, none of this would've happened.
