If you built an incredibly sophisticated sim you might be able to accurately represent class dps on ONE boss fight, which would be inaccurate for the next. If you really want a prediction, use current sims for potential dps and then read and learn the boss fights, and figure out how the different classes would deal with mechanics to figure out potential uptime and effective dps.

Sims aren't meant to do what you want them to do, you're basically asking for a complete simulation of boss fights including the human factors of reaction time and skill.

i havent sayed anything about any human factors at all im basicly talking about bots with x rotation that can be crafted and gathred from patchwerk and aoe sims

It can't be done. First of all, lots of fights there are points where you need to single target, AoE, switch to adds, move, have dps downtime, etc. Secondly, all of these major factors are wildly different for every single fight, not to mention specific mechanics that change your dps during the fight, such as buffs and debuffs. Third, you may be able to do higher dps in a fight by using a spec that does more AoE dmg, but maybe the AoE is not a difficult or high priority part of the fight. Maybe single target dmg, or the ability to burst an add down real fast is much higher on the priority for a specific fight. Maybe high mobility while dpsing is a high priority. Just because one spec does more dmg on the fight doesn't mean it is the most optimal spec for if you want to actually defeat that boss.

This is where real experience beats all the simulations. The top players in the world read the fight mechanics ahead of time, and plan for what is going to be needed, and know their specs well enough to know what is good for what. If you have questions about specific fights look up information for the fight. That is the best way you can optimize yourself, a sim will never do this for you.
