    A quick WoD professions question

Basically I aim to at least have a paladin at 100 and a priest at 100. My paladin currently at 90 has maxed mining and engineering, for my priest I am to have enchanting and 1 other, what would be a good profession to throw in bearing in mind I have enginerring and mining already?

Should this mean I should aim for certain garrison buildings too or will it not matter too much?

    Thanks

A quick question for you: What is your end goal? Profit? Raiding? Fun?

Due to work i cant committ to raiding, yet will spend a fair amount of time online.

Ive been thinking about JC due to already having mining available.

JC is a benefit for both your chars, so that's a nice thing to have.
Enchanting is often paired with tailoring because you can disenchant the gear you craft and don't need a gathering prof for it, but tailoring of course only benefits your priest.
