any point to fishing in WoD?

from what I've read, the only achievements are for catching a hundred of each fish type. You can get a fishing building at your garrison that lets you.... fish at your garrison. It gives a daily fishing quest.. I mean whats the point? any mounts or pets or other achievements there? cool stuff to randomly fish up?

As far as achievements, I don't know. For Alchemy, absolutely. Plus, I want to have all professions to max on my main.

yes fishing does have several pets to fish up or trade in for from Nat Pagle. the Landshark pet for one. plus a few others. i know there is a new color variant of the water strider mount, but i forget where it comes from. seems like its fishing again though.
