Is there going to be honor gear before Dec 2?

My understanding is that the next season of ranked pvp doesn't start until December 2.
Will there be level 100 pvp gear to be obtained with honour upon release?

Yep, December 2nd is the first day to get Conquest gear. Honor gear will be purchasable before then. Otherwise no one would have any PvP gear
