You know what happned when they merged all realms? They removed the hardware from the low pop server >> On launch quite a few always come back to check it out >> server overflows because it's no longer supposed to handel 30k player but 15k.

You must be new to expansion launches then. Server stability goes out the window within the first couple days of release. Of you were going to take time off work to play WoD, then you should have planned a week at the very least past launch. It sucks that you didn't expect it and have a ruined plan, but atleast you can play it when it's less busy.

As I said in another Waah Waah thread, get over yourself. This is what happens in every xpac, and things go back to normal within a few days. If you want your money back because you cant play for one day of a 730 day xpac (presuming this lasts for 2 years), then you really do need to get a grip!

It was never even close to this bad, wotlk had some hiccups, but nothing compared to this, Cata and MoP launches were basically flawless.

i didn't have any problems with wod launch at all, it was very smooth...BC on the other hand was unplayable for me and wrath gave me many d/c's

Actually, there are laws that can force a company to issue refunds. They are all local laws though.
