Regarding battle.net specifically I've logged into the battle.net client, started the game and loaded the website within the last 10 minutes. So it seems to be up for US.

Its mangled in eu, so it could actually be a ddos attempt.

I tested to log on to the US battle.net, it loaded bit slow but it is up. Eu battle.net is still down though. I hope its a fix going on but one can just hope
