They said in the Q&A that the world bosses won't spawn until the raids start. Drov and Tarlna will alternate spawns when highmaul releases (Dec 2) and the other one won't spawn until blackrock foundry is released.

Just killed him with 2 chars, 28g each
Pretty easy, but i think we were 2 full raids (some alliance who had shredder fun :P)

Killed Drov earlier today and got a belt, was nice. Questioning still about Tarlna, if he's ment to spawn?
