I found a scroll and read it when i started lvling. Now i can't find any skills to make anything. Not the Draenor Secret for blacksmithing nothing. It just says "Draenor Master" 600\700 and nothing more.
I've also tried buying one off Nonn Threeratchet, but he doesn't sell one.
Anyone shed some light on this ?

I saw you can buy recipe's from the blacksmith plot in your garrison. Not sure if there are more places to earn.

You make the secrets and buy the plans from your blacksmith forge in your garrison with them
