Garrison: Achivement followers

Thing came to mind and i must have missed it if someone else posted an answet. But what hapens with achivement based followers? Are they account bound and you get them when you finish it once? Or do you need to redo them on alts?

Must be char specific, or I'd already have leeroy on all my alts.
