So all the proffesion cooldowns have a 24h cd and are soulbound. But the Alchemical Catalyst is not soulbound and on my realm on the AH the price is now for it between 50 and 100 gold. Is that a bug or did blizzard do it on purpouse. ??

It's not quite the same as a piece of leather or ingot. They will be used to make high level flasks as their primary function, items that are consumable. You will need many, many more catalysts than armor crafting materials over course of entire expac. Makes sense you could trade them
