How Does Moonwarding Glyph Interact with Enhanced Moonkin Form Perk?

Just wondering how this works. Seems to be trap glyph if it removes one of our WoD perks. Anybody around able to see what this does to armor & health with and without the glyph?

It removes the armor perk, but any situation where you don't rely on armor (pve) means the moonwarding glyph is pretty decent, bar some thok-type aoe fight.
